Hi, my name's Aypok and I'm an alcoho... Wait, what forum is this? Oh, right... I'm Aypok and I buy way too many video games. A similar problem, I guess - but less damaging to the old liver.

Anyhoo... I mainly collect SMS games (just over 600 at the moment), but have a decent collection of Mega Drive games - with a small amount of games for the other systems produced by Sega.

That's about as interesting as I get. You may now return to you lives. Enlightened.

With 600 games you must have lots of minor variations, I am about quarter (if that) way through an artical for the main site which summerises all the main minor variations - information covering the dates the viariations were around and the amount of games with each variation and which games had multiple variations and which didnt. As you can imagine half the battle is just presenting it in an easy to follow artical (let alone collating the info, which is mainly complete).

So any help with that would be fantastic, even if it is just proof reading and suggestions.

Yeah, I've been collecting variations for almost as long as I've been collecting SMS games - long before I joined Sega8bit (or any other gaming fora). :)

That chart you made of them was really good and presented it in a simple manner. Well, you did have to explain it a bit - but once that initial hurdle was cleared, it was a great way to handle the data.
